Creator of Universes 
Abraham Onkst is a painter, designer, and creator born and raised in beautiful rural central Pennsylvania. 

Since a young age, Onkst has had a natural gravitation to the art world and all things creative. He first decided to pick up a brush when he was 13 years old, and 

has not stopped since.

Onkst has developed his own unique style through years of trial and error, experimentation, practice, and patience that is gaining rapid traction with collectors worldwide. His work is featured in collections alongside artists such as Damien Hirst, David Salle, Romero Britto, and more. 

Onkst’s signature style is characterized by flowing layers, serendipitous splatters, action, movement, and emotion. Each piece that Onkst creates is its own engulfing universe that invites the viewer to experience it. Onkst often encodes words, motifs, numbers, and symbols 

in his works. 

Onkst gathers much inspiration from language as he states "Some things cannot simply be expressed through words alone." Abraham’s powerful and passionate compositions shake the snow globe of the viewers' everyday lives, give them a breath of fresh air, and inspire them. Although he grew up in the small town of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, art has allowed Onkst to travel for exhibitions in New York, Florida, Texas, California, and more. 

Onkst graduated in 2023 with his B.A. in visual art studies from the Pennsylvania State University and plans to pursue an  MFA in painting.
